  1. Mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Batter will be thick, so pour onto griddle in a circular motion to spread it evenly. You want the batter to be about 3 inches wide, it will expand some while cooking. Flip pancakes when bubbles start to appear in the batter. Makes about 12 large pancakes. This recipe is easily halved for a smaller portion.
