Homemade Brownie Pudding

Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup chpd. pecans
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp vegie oil
  • 1 cup packed light brown sugar

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease 8x8 baking dish.
  2. Combine flour,sugar,pecans, 4 TBSP cocoa,baking powder and salt in med bowl and mix well. Stir in milk and vegie oil. Spread in prepared baking dish.
  3. Combine brown sugar and remaining cocoa in a small bowl and mix well.
  4. Sprinkle brown sugar mixture evenly on top of batter in baking dish. Pour boiling water ontop of brown sugar mixture. Bake until set. about 35 min.
