Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Lightly coat 12x8 baking dish with nonstick spray
  3. Dice & Boil potatoes
  4. Coat large skillet with spray; add turkey & onions; drain
  5. Add vegetables, tomato paste, bouillon, water, sugar, red pepper, salt, black pepper & parsley; stir til well blended.
  6. Place mixture in baking dish
  7. Mash potatoes with milk & smart balance
  8. Spoon potatoes over mixture
  9. Top with cheese
  10. Cover with foil sprayed with cooking spray
  11. Bake 25 minutes or til bubbly.
