Ingredients:

  • 2 -5 dried hibiscus flowers (in local hispanic stores)
  • 6 -8 oz boiling water
  • sugar , to taste (optional)
  • mint sprig (optional)

Directions:

  1. Place blossoms in a teacup Cover with boiling water.
  2. When cool enough to taste, add sugar if desired.
  3. Garnish with mint.
