Hibiscus Tea

Ingredients:

  • 12 -16 oz boiling water
  • 2 tea bags
  • 2 to taste mint sprig (optional)

Directions:

  1. In a large pot, bring water to boil. Turn off the heat, add the hibiscus flowers and sugar, and stir to dissolve the sugar. Add the tea (if using), and let it steep until it cools a bit.
  2. Garnish with mint and serve hot/cold
