Herby Potato Corn Chowder

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Chop onion and potatoes and place in pot on med heat until potatoes soft.
  2. Add all chicken broth - simmer for 10 minute.
  3. Add all herbs, spices, and corn.
  4. After 10 min, place 1/3 of soup into blender - pour back into pot.
  5. Add heavy cream 10-15 min before serving - stir well.
