Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Make the spice mixture by combining all the seasonings (first 5 ingredients) in a small bowl. Set aside.
  2. Put the flour, sugar, salt, pepper, ad olives in a large mixing bowl and stir to combine.
  3. Add the olive oil and stir vigorously with a fork.
  4. Add water and cont. to stir until a ball forms.
  5. Sprinkle work surface liberally with flour and turn the dough out onto the surface. Knead about 2 minutes.
  6. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  7. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  8. Remove the dough form fridge and flatten into a disk on a floured surface.
  9. Roll the dough out as thinly as possible. Transfer to baking sheet that has been brushed with olive oil.
  10. Brush the dough with olive oil and sprinkle spice mixture on top.
  11. Bake about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  12. This can be made a couple of days in advance. Wrap in plastic wrap and kept in a dry place. Enjoy with my Rustic Roasted Tomato Basil Soup (Recipe 368837)!
