Herb Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, pressed
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp oregano
  • 1/8 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. Cut potatoes into wedges
  2. Toss all ingredients in a large bowl
  3. Spread evenly on a foil lined 13x9 baking dish
  4. Bake at 425 for 30 minutes until tender
