Herb Encrusted Mushroom Steaks

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix olive oil, soy sauce, cumin, cardamom, garlic powder and plum together.
  2. Blend well then slice mushrooms and dip each slice into sauce covering well.
  3. Let marinate 20 minutes.
  4. Mix pepper, zucchini, scallions and garlic in bowl.
  5. Drain marinade from mushrooms and toss with the vegetables.
  6. Blend macadamias, lemon juice and water in blender until creamy.
  7. Place marinated mushrooms on a plate and top with vegetables.
  8. Spoon nut mixture over top.
