Hearty Whole Wheat Vegan Fiber Pancake for One

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp oatmeal
  • 1 tbsp wheat bran
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder

Directions:

  1. Put all ingredients in bowl.
  2. Add enough water to form a thick paste.
  3. Spoon batter on to a pan sprayed with nonstick spray.
  4. Flatten out batter with back of fork/spoon.
  5. Cook on both sides.
