  1. Cook Rice as normal
  2. Brown Chicken in pan
  3. Simmer Coconut milk
  4. Blend in curry paste
  5. Add 1 cup green peas
  6. Blend in brown sugar
  7. 1 tsp of fish sauce
  8. Simmer 15 min
  9. Serve over brown rice
