Ingredients:

  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 onion
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. Steam the cauliflower, garlic and onion for about 10 minutes or until tender. Remove from pot and put in a bowl. Add the almond milk, salt and pepper and blend with a hand blender. You can also put all the ingredients into a blender and mix from there. Blend til smooth and creamy. The more you blend, the smoother is will be, so blend to your texture liking. If you want a thicker puree, use less milk, for a thinner puree, use more milk. When you're done blending, you're done. Serve and enjoy!
