Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Peel and cut sweet potatoes into bite-size pieces.
  2. Slice red onion into small chunks.
  3. Drain 3/4 of juice from pineapple.
  4. Mix ingredients and put into a 9x13 pan.
  5. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
