Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a mixing bowl add in the eggs, water, salt and 1 tablespoon oil and blend well and set aside.
  2. In a wok coated with 3 tablespoon oil and place over a high heat add in the beaten eggs mixture and stir fry without browning the eggs and pour into a bowl and set aside.
  3. Clean out the wok add in 2 tablespoon oil spam and onion and stir fry until golden brown add in the rice and stir fry for 3 minutes add in the teriyaki sauce, peas and pineapple and combine well. Pour in the cooked eggs add salt to taste and mix well to blend.
