Hawaiian Chicken Salad

Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 cups cooked chicken , cut into 1/2-inch pieces
  • 1 cup celery, cut into 1/2 inch squares
  • 3 tbsp salad oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 5 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup slivered almonds

Directions:

  1. Combine chicken, pineapple and celery.
  2. Add salad oil, lemon juice and salt.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Marinate salad for 1 hour.
  5. Add mayonnaise and mix well.
  6. Serve on a bed of lettuce and sprinkle almonds over top.
