Hawaiian Chicken Salad

Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups cooked chicken, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
1 (14 ounce) can pineapple chunks, drained
1 cup celery, cut into 1/2 inch squares
3 tablespoons salad oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
5 tablespoons mayonnaise
1/4 cup slivered almonds
Directions:
1. Combine chicken, pineapple and celery.
2. Add salad oil, lemon juice and salt.
3. Mix well.
4. Marinate salad for 1 hour.
5. Add mayonnaise and mix well.
6. Serve on a bed of lettuce and sprinkle almonds over top.
