Hamburger Rice Casserole

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb hamburger
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz) can chicken and rice soup
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 cup rice
  • 1 tbsp butter

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Boil 3 1/2 cups water.
  3. In a skillet, brown burger.
  4. Add butter, sugar, mushrooms, and rice to skillet.
  5. Put hamburger/rice mixture into a casserole dish or 9x13 dish.
  6. Top with boiled water.
  7. Cover and bake 30 minutes.
  8. Uncover and bake 30 more minutes.
