Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook potatoes until tender, mash with milk, butter, salt and pepper.
  2. While potatoes are cooking, brown ground beef and onions, drain off fat.
  3. Drain liquid from green beans.
  4. Stir tomato soup and green beans in to ground beef.
  5. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  6. Turn beef mixture in to a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
  7. Spoon mashed potatoes over the top.
  8. Bake, uncovered, in a 350°F oven for 30 minutes.
  9. (Note: you may want to place a sheet of foil under the casserole dish, this tends to bubble over ).
