Ham Omelette Bake

Ingredients:

  • 10 eggs
  • 8 oz diced ham
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 cup shredded mild cheddar cheese (more if you'd like...depending upon your personal taste)

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Spray bottom and sides of 1 quart casserole generously with butter flavored non stick cooking spray.
  3. Beat eggs together in large bowl with evaporated milk, salt and pepper.
  4. Pour into casserole dish.
  5. Add ham cubes distributing evenly.
  6. Sprinkle with cheese.
  7. Bake at 350 in center rack for 30 minutes or until middle is no longer jiggly.
  8. Serve with home fries or your other favorite breakfast side items and enjoy!
