Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice or 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1/4 cup sliced onion

Directions:

  1. In a small bowl, mix the Soy Sauce and Lemon Juice -or- Vinegar. Slice onions and Jalepeños: add as much as you prefer. Mix and heat -or- chill!
  2. Note: for the lemon version, garlic salt goes great when mixed in!
