Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Scoop the avocado out of the skin into a bowl.
  2. Coarsely mash with fork or potato masher.
  3. Add all other ingredients except the lime juice.
  4. Lightly blend - authentic guac is chunky, not pureed.
  5. Squeeze in lime juice, mix gently and taste for seasoning adjustments.
