Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut avocados in half and scoop out insides into a bowl
  2. Dice tomatoes, onion, peppers and cilantro by hand or use food processor
  3. Pour diced ingredients into bowl with avocados and mash with a potato masher
  4. Finally, add the lime juice and salt and whip with a spoon until well mixed and creamy
  5. Serve with baked tortilla chips!
