Ingredients:

  • 4 large avocados
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 lime , juice of
  • 2 sprigs cilantro
  • 1 jalapeno (optional)
  • 12 dashes hot sauce

Directions:

  1. It's simple -
  2. Dice your tomatoes and red onion.
  3. Cut open the avocados and smash with a fork or dice with a knife.
  4. Use a garlic press for the garlic.
  5. Cut the jalapeno in half and take the seeds out of one half and dice.
  6. Chop the cilantro.
  7. Take the juice of 1/2 lime and squeeze all over.
  8. Add salt, pepper and hot sauce.
  9. Mix well.
