Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl, mix the ground pork with the garlic, scallions, soy sauce, peanut oil, sugar, and ground chili. Form into patties and grill until cooked through (it's pork, so don't go rare or anything silly like that).
  2. Serve each burger with a schmear of hoisin sauce, wrapped in a leaf of lettuce, and sprinkled with peanuts and cilantro on your bread or roll of choice.
