Grilled Sirloin With Garlic And Herbs

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 1/4 tsp basil
  • 1/4 tsp thyme
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. Put all marinade ingredients in plastic bag and mix well.
  2. Add steak and press air out of bag; seal.
  3. Let stand at room temperature for 15 minutes.
  4. Remove steak, discard marinade.
  5. Grill, 6 inches from heat for 5 minutes per side, or to desired doneness.
