Ingredients:

  • 3 (15 oz) cans tomato sauce
  • 1 large tomato, diced
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp basil
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp dill weed
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Directions:

  1. Brown burger with all spices except bay leaf. Add all ingredients in large saucepan bring to boil then turn down heat to simmer for at least 1 1/2 hours. It will be ready when the color changes from a tomato red to the more orange red color of spagetti sauce. In crock pot add all ingredients on low simmer for 6-8 hours or 3-4 hours on high. use for spagetti, pizza, lasgana, or any other marinara sauce.
