Grilled Shrimp with Citrus Pasta

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Bring a large pot of water to boil.
  2. Skewer shrimp and sprinkle with lemon pepper.
  3. Cook pasta.
  4. While pasta is cooking grill shrimp-3 minutes per side.
  5. In a medium bowl combine the orange juice, the diced orange and lemon segments, and the diced red onion with the olive oil, garlic and basil.
  6. Drain pasta well and in a large bowl toss with the oil/juice mixture.
  7. Place equal amounts on each of 4 plates.
  8. Remove shrimp from skewers and place 5 on each pile of citrus pasta.
  9. Sprinkle with shaved parmesan cheese and serve.
