Grilled Salmon With Brown Sugar Glaze

Ingredients:

  • 4 -6 oz salmon fillets
  • 1 tbsp seasoning salt (johnny's or mcmormick)
  • 1/2 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar , packed

Directions:

  1. Preheat grill to medium heat, and line the grill grates with foil.
  2. Press seasoning and sugar evenly over filets, making sure they are coated completely.
  3. Grill salmon for 8-10 minutes or until they flake easily
  4. Note: you don't have to flip the filets if they are grilled slowly.
