Ingredients:

  • 2 chickens , 2 1/2 lb each
  • 1 large onion , squeezed through a garlic press
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp sumac
  • 3 finely chopped garlic cloves
  • salt and pepper

Directions:

  1. Mix the above ingredients together. Pour marinade over chicken, coat cover and refrigerate overnight. Grill the chicken halves, turning frequently and brushing with the marinade, until done. Remove to a platter.
