Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut peppers and onions into chunks
  2. Mix oil, vinegar, pepper and garlic together
  3. Marinate peppers and onions in mixture
  4. Discard mixture
  5. Place peppers and onions in foil or a grilling basket
  6. Place on BBQ for 20 min. Mix frequently so that they don't burn
