Ingredients:

  1. Heat and clean your grill. place burners on medium-high
  2. Husk the corn
  3. Cook corn directly on the grill turning frequently. They are done once the corn starts to blacken
  4. Mix together the cilantro, salt and chili powder. You can decide which flavors you would like to stand out. Some days I add more cilantro and other days I use more chili powder. Play around with the flavors.
  5. Remove corn from the grill and butter
  6. Sprinkle while rotating the corn with the cilantro mixture
  7. Goes great with grilled chicken or steak
