Grilled Caramelized Onions

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 4 medium onions, halved

Directions:

  1. Melt butter and stir in honey and salt.
  2. Place peeled onion halves in small casserole dish and pour over the butter sauce.
  3. Bake covered at 400 1 hour, remove cover and bake 20 min more, until browned and sticky.
