Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Fire up your grill
  2. Wash and pat dry the chicken
  3. Salt pepper and garlic each breast
  4. For the sauce
  5. Melt the butter add hot sauce and a little worcesetshire sauce stir and let sit
  6. For blue cheese dip mix sour cream Mayo and bluecheese together
  7. Salt and pepper to taste
  8. Grill chicken breast till cooked through and juices run clear
  9. I start basting them with the sauce half way through the cooking
  10. When done dip them in the sauce
  11. Place on the rolls
  12. Top with Bluecheese dip and enjoy
  13. You can substitue ranch for the bluecheese if you like.
  14. Enjoy
