Grilled Blueberry Parcels With Blue Cheese!

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Peel the pears. Cut them in half lenghwise.
  2. Scoop out core with a spoon and sharp knife.
  3. Brush pears with lemon juice.
  4. Cut four squares of heavy duty foil large enouch to wrap pear in a packet .
  5. Brush with melted butter
  6. Place two pear halves on each of the four squares, cut side up.
  7. Mix blueberries and sugar.
  8. Spoon into each pear half.
  9. Sprinkle with blue cheese crumbles and freshly ground black pepper.
  10. Seal the edges of each packet.
  11. Cook on medium hot barbecue for 20-25 minutes.
  12. When opening packet, steam my be VERY hot; use CAUTION.
  13. Enjoy!
