Grilled Avocados With Baby Shrimp Meat

  1. Cut avocados in half and skin them
  2. Drizzle oil over them or use Pam
  3. Grill on charcoal BBQer 4-6 minutes a side
  4. Turn over and cook another 4-6 minutes, should have formed a light skin on them
  5. Remove from grill, add shrimp meat, tomatoes and drizzle with Thousand Island dressing
