Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Slice zucchini and yellow squash horizontally into 1/4 inch thick slices.
  2. Grease a casserole dish with 1 tablespoons olive oil.
  3. Place sliced zucchini and squash in greased casserole dish, add remaining olive oil on top.
  4. Blend sipces. sprinkle atop oily zucchini.
  5. Let sit for 10 minutes, grill.
