Green Pea Salad

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook peas and cool (make sure they aren't mushy or over-cooked).
  2. Cook eggs and cool; then peel and chop.
  3. Drain well.
  4. Put peas in large bowl.
  5. Add all of the seasonings and mix gently.
  6. Add celery and red bell peppers.
  7. Add eggs and onions.
  8. Add dressing (as much as you like to use).
  9. Fold in cheese.
  10. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
