Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.F
  2. Butter a 2-quart shallow casserole.
  3. Drain chiles, rinse or scrape out seeds and cut into 1 inch strips.
  4. Arange chiles in the bottom of the casserole.
  5. Top chiles with the two cheeses, spreading each evenly.
  6. Mix eggs, flour, milk, salt and pepper until smooth.
  7. Pour egg mixture over the cheese evenly.
  8. Bake at 350.F for 35 to 40 minutes until puffed and slightly golden.
  9. Serve immediately with guacamole and sour cream .
