Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven at 350 degrees.
  2. Layer the chiles with the grated cheese in a buttered or greased 13 x 9 inch baking dish.
  3. Combine the eggs and sour cream and pour over the top.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes until it puffs like a soufflé.
  5. Enjoy!
