Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook beans in boiling salted water until tender crisp, about 3 to 4 minutes Drain and plunge into ice water.
  2. (Can be done ahead to this point).
  3. Drain and pat dry.
  4. Heat oil in skillet over med high heat.
  5. Saute beans with mustard and salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Stir until heated through, about 4 minutes.
