Green Bean, Walnut and Feta Salad

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Boil green beans about 4 min. (should still be crunchy) then transfer to ice water, and dry with paper towel.
  2. Mix green beans, walnuts, onion in a large bowl.
  3. Wisk oil and vinegar in a seperate bowl, add pepper to taste. Poor over green beans and toss.
  4. Poor into caseroll dish and sprinkle feta onver top.
