Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Saute onion, celery, and bell pepper in a little butter til nearly tender.
  2. Mix all ingredients together.
  3. Put into a greased casserole dish.
  4. Top with the crushed crackers which have been mixed with the melted butter or margarine.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 min.
  6. You can also add about 1/2 cup of slivered almonds to the cracker topping for great flavor and crunch.
