  1. Take all ingredients and mix until desired texture is reached
  2. This does not taste very well, but it will if you add any of the following:
  3. Peanut butter, for healthy fat,ff/sf pudding mix (I love it with butterscotch!),sf syrup,cocoa,fruit
  4. Anything you want... :)
  5. After this, freeze for about an hour. it will taste like ice cream! and good for you.
