Ingredients:

  • 1 medium size cucumber
  • 1 medium size onion
  • 1 medium size tomatoe
  • 1 small green pepper
  • few olives ( opt)
  • 1 tsp of vinegar

Directions:

  1. Wash n clean all the vegetables ... peel the cucumber roughly chop all the vegetables n add it in a salad bowl .... add very good amount of olive oil some salt to taste n vinegar mix it well ... then add feta cheese on the top and drizzle it with some olive oil again.... sprinkle oregano on the top of the feta cheese....
  2. Done !!!! Serve with some bread ....
  3. Enjoy !!!
  4. Tip : I alway prefer not to peel cucumber but its opt n upto u...
  5. U can add some olives or some capari if available....
  6. Bread is always served with salad as greeks love to dip bread pieces in the salad oil ....try it u will love it too !!!!
  7. Here in Greece we have different kind of feta in which some are salty so we dont add salt to the salad ....but it totally depends on the feta available at ur place... i presonally love to crumble feta in the salad ... but usually a small title of feta is served with salad ....its upto u again
