  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Place the potatoes in a casserole dish. Squeeze the lemons (recipe states seeds and all) over the potatoes. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with chicken soup base.
  3. Roast for about an hour. Serve.
