Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Add lentils to 4 cups of water
  2. Bring to a boil
  3. Boil for 3-4 minutes
  4. Strain lentils
  5. Cook onion and garlic in oil until onion clear
  6. Add lentils tomatoes, carrots, tomato paste, water, pepper
  7. Simmer for 2 hrs
