Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup oatmeal
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 (1 1/4 oz) package onion soup mix
  • 1 egg
  • 1 (10 1/2 oz) can cream of mushroom soup

Directions:

  1. Mix turkey, oatmeal, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, pepper, onion soup mix, and egg together.
  2. Mix in 1/2 can of mushroom soup.
  3. Press into loaf pan.
  4. Pour remaining 1/2 can of mushroom soup over top.
  5. Bake 1 hour at 350.
