Ingredients:

  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup stock

Directions:

  1. Add chopped onion and oil into pan
  2. Once onion cooked add flour
  3. Slowly add water
  4. Ad stock
