Directions:

  1. Saute celery, carrots, and onion in oil 'til softened. Sprinkle with flour and stir 1 minute.
  2. Slowly add water while stirring.
  3. Add remaining ingredients except for the beans.
  4. Simmer approx. 30 minutes.
  5. Add beans and heat through.
