  • 8 oz fresh mozzarella perlini
  • 8 basil leaves-julienned
  • 1/4 cup(plus) extra virgin olive oil

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl combine all the ingredients together and stir.
  2. Add more olive oil if needed to coat.
